SERVICE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: October 17, 2026. This Service Agreement establishes standard terms of engagement, digital access rules, and membership covenants. Please review these provisions carefully prior to service utilization.

1. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICE

By accessing the digital portals, scheduling member consultations, or registering for formal programming administered by the Sisterhood of the Serpent Crown, you enter into a legally binding contract governed by these standard terms. If you do not accept these conditions in full, you must discontinue all platform usage and service participation immediately.

The organization reserves the unilateral right to update, modify, or reissue this Agreement. Material amendments will be published directly to this URL with a revised effective date. Continued engagement following any published revisions constitutes verified acceptance of the amended terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Access to specific tiers of documentation, curriculum access, and scheduled assemblies is restricted to qualified individuals who satisfy verified registration benchmarks. Each prospective applicant must guarantee compliance with the following operational standards:

  • Individual applicants must have attained at least eighteen (18) years of age at the date of submission.
  • All account profile records, legal names, and contact emails submitted during registration must be accurate, current, and verifiable.
  • Account authentication credentials must remain confidential; any unauthorized credential sharing warrants immediate administrative suspension.

3. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, service marks, published texts, internal syllabi, audio recordings, graphic badges, and digital materials provided through our services remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Sisterhood of the Serpent Crown. Members receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable personal license solely to view materials for individual educational purposes.

No member or platform user may record, duplicate, broadcast, license, sell, or publicly display any proprietary content without advance written authorization executed by our designated compliance office.

4. MEMBERSHIP FEES, BILLING, AND CANCELLATION

Selected membership levels require scheduled recurring dues or one-time administrative fees as indicated during checkout. Charges are settled automatically against the designated payment method on the recurring billing cycle.

  • Cancellations require written notice submitted at least seven (15) business days prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Due to administrative resource commitments, digital subscription dues are non-refundable once content access has been granted.

  • Failure to clear delinquent balances within fourteen (14) days results in automatic suspension of all digital archive privileges.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

All platform functionality, educational archives, and service interactions are delivered on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Sisterhood of the Serpent Crown expressly disclaims all warranties of any nature, whether express, statutory, or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall the organization, its directors, or designated affiliates be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from digital platform interruptions or reliance on published commentary. Total aggregate liability under any cause of action shall not exceed total fees paid by the individual during the preceding twelve-month period.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with standard statutory commercial law, without regard to choice of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement must first be submitted to informal, confidential administrative mediation. If unresolved within sixty (60) days, the matter shall proceed to final binding arbitration, and all parties waive rights to class action proceedings.

7. COMPLIANCE INQUIRIES AND LEGAL NOTICES

All formal notices, copyright infringement claims, or statutory documentation inquiries should be directed in writing to the Office of General Counsel at [email protected]. Standard inquiries are processed within five (5) business days of electronic receipt.
